Therapy with me is a collaborative relationship built on trust, safety, accountability and presence. You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal and grow. Together, we’ll create a space where every part of you is welcome, especially the parts that have felt unseen or unheard.
My work integrates traditional psychotherapy with somatic and trauma-informed approaches, including Somatic EMDR. This means we won’t just explore your thoughts and feelings we’ll also tune into the intelligence of your body. Our bodies carry the imprint of unprocessed emotions, stress, and past experiences, and by bringing gentle awareness to your nervous system through breathwork, movement, and sensory tracking, we can unlock deeper levels of healing that go beyond what words can reach.
Our sessions are fluid and responsive to your unique needs. Some days, that might look like talk therapy, guided visualization, or reflective coaching. Other times, we may engage in somatic resourcing, inner child work, or EMDR to process stored trauma and release patterns that no longer serve you. Throughout our work, we’re not just seeking relief, we’re building a more integrated, embodied way of living.
This work invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, establish healthy boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and move through life with greater clarity and integrity. It’s not always easy, but it’s deeply rewarding. I’m honored to be part of this process with you.
