The Art of Navigating Difficult Conversations

Can we talk? Live & Virtual Event, $25 to register

For some, “Can we talk?” sparks dread. For others, it’s a wave of relief waiting to happen.

Let’s explore why certain conversations feel so hard and how to become a better communicator and listener. The most important talks you’ll ever have are often the ones with yourself: facing your inner voice and naming your needs, the truth, the pain, the regret, the fear, the joy, the hope.

It’s not about convincing others to be understanding; it’s about understanding yourself so you can communicate with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

We’ll cover:

  • Why difficult conversations activate the nervous system

  • Tools to stay grounded and emotionally present

  • Scripts and self-reflection prompts to help you speak your truth with grace

If you can’t make it live, reply to this email and I’ll send you the full PDF of resources and tools.

Bring a notebook, a family member or friend!
