Did you know that Ubud is known as the artful and spiritual heartbeat of Bali? Neither did I until I did some research. It’s perfect for the intention of this retreat! Here is a little more information on Ubud: located in the uplands of Bali, Indonesia, it’s known as a center for traditional crafts and dance. The surrounding Ubud District’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali’s most famous landscapes. Ancient holy sites include the intricately carved Goa Gajah (“Elephant Cave”) and Gunung Kawi, with its rock-cut shrines. Discover more here.

Intention for the Retreat

Living a heart centered life is more than just an intention, it can be a practice you can learn and integrate.

During this 7 day retreat, you will be guided through the four chambers of your heart, reawaken your intuition and deepen the connection with your Soul surrounded by lush tropical greens and fellow adventurers. The women who you will be retreating with may be strangers now, but the experience will inevitably provide Bali Soul Sisters for a lifetime. The integrity and the depth of compassion that is fostered in our collective sacred space is how this bond is formed.

We will journey through the beautiful landscape of Bali, have daily yoga, stretching, and meditations, experience luxurious spa treatments, indulge in fresh, healthy local cuisine and venture on a day trips to waterfalls and to the beach you’ve only dreamed about. Come nourish your mind, body and soul.

What distinguishes this retreat is the opportunity for each participant to receive a private Heart Centered Healing Hypnotherapy session with Caitlin. This is Caitlin’s 3rd year pilgrimaging to Bali and with each group of women that comes along with her, the Heart Centered Hypnotherapy session enhances and integrates the miraculous experiences Bali offers.
